Jo Rust

Hi! My name is Jo Rust. I'm a world record holder, an author, a speaker, a professional mental health coach, and currently a pre-med student studying towards specializing as a psychiatrist.

My greatest passion in life is sharing knowledge and resources to guide others toward empowering themselves with the know-how on how to improve their own lives. 

As someone who personally suffers from mental illness, my courses are based on both decades of personal experience, as well as years of professional experience.
