HOW WE BREATHE IS HOW WE LIVE

Yoga is just conscious breath. Very simple, really.

But the potential in this simplicity is exponentially powerful.

Yoga teaches us that every experience, especially the painful ones, can

lead us to greater happiness & wellbeing.

With a regular practice, we learn that all body types create sacred shapes when focusing on alignment and conscious breath. That slowing down often builds more strength than speed ever could.

IT IS AN HONOR AND MY DEEPEST PASSION TO TEACH YOGA. YOGA IS LOVE, YOGA IS HEALING; YOGA IS MY LIFE. I AM A 200 HOUR RYT WITH YOGA ALLIANCE. MY LOVE OF NATURE AND MOVEMENT HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMATIVE TOOLS DURING  SEVERAL TRAUMATIC LIFE EVENTS. 

AFTER RECEIVING MY B.A. IN ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES FROM NEW COLLEGE OF FLORIDA, I HAD A SHORT CAREER WORKING WITH WOMEN EXPERIENCING MEDICAL HAIR LOSS AT 4WOMEN.COM, CEMENTING MY DESIRE TO DEDICATE MY LIFE TO HELPING OTHERS.

I WOULD SAY THAT LIFE WAS A BIGGER DIRECTOR IN THIS REALIZATION THAN MY OWN MIND. 'LIFE' BEING THE BIRTH OF MY BEAUTIFUL SON, DEVASTATING POST-PARTUM DEPRESSION, AND THE YEAR OF 2014. THE YEAR MY BIG BROTHER PASSED AWAY FROM LUNG CANCER AND MY MARRIAGE DISSOLVED.

YOGA CAUGHT ME. HELD ME. ROCKED ME. PUT ME BACK TOGETHER AND SET ME BACK ON MY FEET. I AM WITNESS TO THE INCREDIBLE POTENTIAL WITHIN EACH OF US. WE ONLY HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT IT IS THERE.
