Hi! I'm Jessica - a Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist!

As a child, I had a classic case of "picky eating": I hated all meat, veggies, potatoes, rice, milk, and even many types of fruit. Out of love and desperation, my parents forced me to eat these foods but it didn't help me to learn to like them. I knew there had to be a better way, which is partly what led me to get a Bachelor of Human Nutritional Sciences and become a Dietitian. I've learned so much about how to raise happy, healthy eaters and want to share what I've learned with others! Now that I'm a mom, I've been able to put these principles into place and it's so much fun to see how well they work!
