I have coached over 25 Youth Sports Teams with a very good track record. My teams consistently had well planned, organized, and successful seasons because of my leadership. The players learned life skills and had good development in there sport. My players were committed, disciplined, and unselfish because of our Team Motto and Philosophies that I taught them. The players, assistant coaches, and parents enjoyed my coaching techniques, loved the game even more, and enjoyed competing under my direction.
