About me
I’m a freelance adventure writer, editor and ghostwriter with a cornucopia of quirky clips to showcase my 15-years of experience. Since receiving my Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern’s Medill School or Journalism, I’ve covered a wild gamut: bank robberies with ensuing high-speed chases, cross-country motorcycle adventures, free dives with sharks, fishing excursions at remote northern outposts and simply must-try crazy cuisine and cocktails. In 2012 I started my own publishing company, Wandering in the Words Press. I help aspiring authors navigate the daunting world of publishing and skip through all the red tape that often prevents great books from making it onto the shelves. When I'm not slaying dangling modifiers, I can be found on the running path training for my next marathon, working on my next landscaping project or plucking veggies from my organic garden.
