Jenni Burton is the Founder & CEO of ASPIRE Consulting & Coaching, LLC, and a Career & Leadership Coach. ASPIRE was created to provide resources and coaching for high performing mid-career professional women.  Through the facilitation of workshops and consultation, Jenni helps teams understand the challenges and bias working against marginalized individuals in the workplace, and empowers them with tools and strategies to perform with confidence and impact.

In her private online 1:1 coaching practice, Jenni helps women gain the skills to take the next steps in their career with confidence and impact. Jenni's services are based on both inward-focused development to strengthen mindset, connect to values and strengths,  as well as outward-focused work to connect high performing individuals to careers with meaning and impact.

Jenni is a former digital advertising executive with over 15 years of experience in Tech, including leading 70+ person teams and $300+MM in revenue. Graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and a full-ride NCAA Division I scholarship athlete in basketball. Jenni received an Executive Certificate from Stanford University's Executive Program in Women's Leadership, and is a Co-Active Training Institute Coach Training graduate, as well as a lifelong learner. She is based in Erie, Colorado, with her husband and 3 children.
