JeanAnn Nichols has effectively led and coached change in complex, multicultural, global corporate environments. She began her career as a manufacturing supervisor and engineer, rising to the position of Vice President and General Manager at Intel Corporation. She held leadership roles in a wide variety of functions: product design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, communications and IT operations. JeanAnn earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. She holds an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation, and is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach.
