JeanAnn Nichols has effectively led and coached change in complex, multicultural, global corporate environments. She began her career as a manufacturing supervisor and engineer, rising to the position of Vice President and General Manager at Intel Corporation. She held leadership roles in a wide variety of functions: product design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, communications and IT operations. JeanAnn earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. She holds an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation, International Systemic Team Coaching certification and is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach.
