Thanks to my client NHPC for making me work on such a project: CHAMERA-III, hydroelectric power plant. My client was rewarded by the Minister of Energy for early delivery.

Former international project manager in energy (hydrogen, hydroelectricity, photovoltaics) and aeronautics (A-380), I then developed my consulting and training activity in project management and contract management.

I work with companies to improve the management of their projects, as a mentor to project managers, and as an instructor.

I am also an Affiliate Professor at ESCP Business School.

I work with other institutions: HEC Paris, ISAE-Sup'Aéro, Panthéon-Assas.
