Jay Pham

Jay has worked in the IT software industry for more than five years. He started his career as a Developer moving into Business Analyst and now Scrum Master. Working in an IT outsourcing company required Jay to undertake many types of projects from diverse fields. And that gave Jay a competitive advantage to broaden his domain knowledge. Jay chose Education as his prime sector because he is keen on teaching and spreading the know-how to everyone.

Jay has a good command of using Scrum since the previous firm applied Scrum for most projects. Having experience in both Scrum Master and Business Analyst roles enabled Jay to analyze issues from distinctive perspectives and provide cost-effective solutions.
