Hello everyone, My name is Boom. I’m a cooking instructor, the manager and Thai cooking school co-founder in Chiang Mai Thailand. I am grateful to my parents for everything they’ve taught me in the kitchen since I was a little girl. I’ve always loved cooking. I’ve been teaching people from all around the world how to cook Thai food for about 16 years. My aim has been to deliver the essence of Thai cuisine.
