In my late 20s, I was the picture of unhealthy habits—smoking a pack a day, eating all the wrong foods, never exercising, and working nonstop. Fast forward a couple of decades, and I completely transformed my health, fitness, and life—and now I help others do the same.
After more than 20 years in the corporate world as an IT project and portfolio manager, I left to pursue my passion: Now I specialize in helping women 40+ balance hormones, lose stubborn belly fat, and feel in control again through simple, sustainable fitness and nutrition strategies.
My own transformation took me from zero fitness to standing on podiums in karate, bodybuilding, CrossFit, and now pickleball competitions. In fact, in my last CrossFit Open, I ranked 31st in Canada for my age group!
Today, I’m proud to be part of the over-60 club and a mom of four grown children.
