Ms. Irene Krasnoff

Business Strategy Coach and Consultant

My name is Irene Rivkah Krasnoff. I have a lovely 4-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes!  Because having her took a long time, I was determined to work successfully at home. As a result, I ended up creating 2 immensely successful businesses. One, a consulting business helping small and medium size businesses with their sale and marketing strategy. Another business I created in 2015 was Aspiring Mompreneur using my 20+ years experience in business strategy and consulting in the social services, Fortune 500, and Small & Medium Sized Businesses sectors.

Through Aspiring Mompreneur, I offer coaching and consulting services to moms who want to create home-based businesses so that they can provide a better life for themselves and their families beyond just the basic needs - food, shelter, and clothing.

These moms long for the ultimate freedom to work on their own terms making the money that they want to give their kids the very best in life. Plus the moms I work with are highly ambitious. They would rather work on building their own dreams versus building someone else's dreams. Beside the freedom to earn as much money as possible, the business-building oriented moms desire a flexible work schedule so that they can be a part of the most important moment of their children’s lives – school programs, soccer matches and for moms with babies, they want to be present during the first time their baby crawls.

Some of the moms I work with are currently employed. Because they are pregnant,  just had a baby, or are tired of being away from their little ones for 50 to 60+ hours per week, these moms want to leverage their professional skills into a viable business. They need guidance and resources to help them build their profitable businesses that allows them to work plus spend quality time with their little ones.

The other moms I work with are stay-at-home moms. They need to work as finances are tight living on the one paycheck from their spouses. Rather than working outside the home for someone else and paying for daycare or after school care, they would rather build a business that gives them the freedom to work on their own terms and continue enjoying the benefits of being a stay at home mom, caring for their little ones, and spending extra quality time with them.

I also have an MBA from one of the top twenty business schools in the U.S. The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

My favorite activities are spending quality time with my family, reading, watching movies, and traveling.
