From an early age, I had a strong passion for learning, which led me to pursue a career in education. I spent five years teaching English and Karate before transitioning to become an Instructional Designer. Starting as a freelancer, I gained valuable experience creating instructional materials for clients in various industries.

Later, I worked as a Digital Learning Specialist for a multinational oil company, where I honed my skills in developing effective digital learning experiences and a Training Manager in FinTech company, launching digital learning academy from the scratch. My background in education and instructional design allows me to bring a perspective to creating learning experiences that engage and inspire employees to develop and grow.

In my current role as a Learning Strategist at Elai - leading AI All-in-one Solution for  L&D, my focus is on crafting content and refining training strategies. My current passion revolves around integrating AI technologies to elevate and revolutionize the learning experience.
