Graduated from the Department of Japanese at Tianjin Foreign Studies University. Prior to relocating to Japan, gained experience as an interpreter and Chinese language instructor at a major Japanese corporation. Served as a Chinese instructor for a major trading company and an interpreter training school, alongside working as a conference interpreter (consecutive and simultaneous). Subsequently founded a Chinese language school (currently on hiatus). Continually researches the latest Chinese language learning methodologies while producing educational materials.
