Tôi là Hồng Phạm, chuyên gia & quản lý trong lĩnh vực kiểm thử phần mềm (Software testing) với hơn 20 năm kinh nghiệm + 11 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Tài chính & Bảo hiểm; 15 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý, trưởng nhóm.

* Đã và đang làm việc ở nhiều công ty và tập đoàn lớn tại Việt Nam, Úc, Mỹ, Canada và Thuỵ Sĩ.

* Từng có cơ hội làm việc onsite tại Thuỵ Sĩ.

* Speaker các hội thảo trong lĩnh vực QC tại các công ty, tập đoàn lớn và các tổ chức dạy về test, tiêu biểu là Test Conference Vietnam 2024.

* Trainer cho các chương trình:

- Bệ phóng Việt Nam Digital 4.0 do Google kiến tạo, hỗ trợ người Việt Nam tiếp cận các dịch vụ trên internet để phát triển kinh tế.

- Master trainer của chương trình Sudo Code mùa 1 2023 và Sudo Code mùa 2 2024, đào tạo cho toàn bộ mentor của chương trình (Sudo Code là chương trình do Women Techmakers HCMC tổ chức, Google bảo trợ).

- Nền tảng học tập trực tuyến Udemy.

- Nền tảng học tập trực tuyến ReSkills (đào tạo hoàn toàn bằng tiếng Anh).

Tôi mong muốn với những kiến thức và kinh nghiệm đã tích lũy được sẽ mang đến cho học viên những giờ học hiệu quả từ những ví dụ thực tế và các kiến thức chuyên sâu, sau đó ứng dụng hiệu quả vào công việc khi hoàn tất từng khóa học.

I am Hong Pham, a Software Testing expert and manager with over 20 years of experience in software testing, along with 11 years of experience in the Finance and Insurance industry. I have 15 years of experience in leadership roles, including management and team lead positions.

* I have worked with various large companies and corporations across Vietnam, Australia, the United States, Canada, and Switzerland.

* I had the opportunity to work onsite in Switzerland.

* I have been a speaker at QC (Quality Control) conferences and seminars organized by major companies, corporations, and testing education organizations, notably at Test Conference Vietnam 2024.

* I am a trainer for several programs, including:

- Vietnam Digital 4.0, an initiative powered by Google to support Vietnamese people in accessing internet services for economic development.

- Master Trainer of Sudo Code Season 1 (2023) and Season 2 (2024), where I trained all mentors of the program. (Sudo Code is organized by Women Techmakers HCMC and sponsored by Google.)

- The online learning platform Udemy.

- The online learning platform ReSkills (fully delivered in English).

With the knowledge and experience I have accumulated, I aim to provide learners with effective lessons through real-world examples and in-depth expertise, enabling them to apply what they learn effectively in their jobs after completing each course.
