I'm a former tech director who knows exactly what it feels like to dread speaking up — not because I didn’t know what to say, but because anxiety always got there first.
In my search to overcome that fear, I ended up doing more than just finding my voice — I utilised my degree in psychology, began training in psychotherapy, and retrained as a certified coach. Now, I help others find their voice and confidence.
With 10+ years of leadership experience, 7+ years as a coach, and 6+ years of psychology and therapy training under my belt, I bring a real-world, psychology-informed approach to everything I teach.
I don’t believe in performative confidence or cheesy advice (I'm looking at your power poses). I believe in evidence-based tools that actually work, especially when anxiety hits you hard.
