I have a diploma from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) following the participation in the international training program on "QUALITY INFRASTRUCTURES FOR FOOD SAFETY".
In addition to my diploma from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and over 14 years of experience in the agri-food industry, I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in various aspects of food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Throughout my career, I have actively participated in training programs, workshops, and conferences to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
I have a deep understanding of the specific challenges faced by food industry professionals, particularly in areas such as food processing, quality assurance, hazard analysis, and HACCP implementation. My experience as a senior quality control inspector and head of the food product control office has honed my skills in conducting thorough inspections, audits, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
Furthermore, my involvement in control missions and investigations has provided me with practical insights into identifying non-compliant products, addressing quality issues, and managing cases of Foodborne Illness Outbreaks (FIO).
