Gregory Hennessy

I am a management consultant with more than 25 years of experience in strategy and organizational development. I integrate human and organizational behavior, qualitative and quantitative analysis, complexity, and systems thinking to help clients solve their most difficult problems and develop strategic capability.

Along the way, I have taught countless college classes and professional development workshops. I currently teach MBA and undergraduate classes in strategy and organizational behavior. What I like most about Udemy is that it gives me the chance to offer classes that discuss and develop important skills that fall outside the narrow boundaries imposed by educational institutions -- skills that are vital to performing on the job but don't neatly fit into established academic disciplines.

By the way, I hold master’s degrees in Social Science from the California Institute of Technology and in Management from MIT’s Sloan School. I am currently earning my doctoral degree in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, where I study purpose, passion, character, entrepreneurship and strategic leadership.
