Hi, I’m Strenght and conditioning coach, I’m working with loads of different clients from: Office workers to pro athletes, children and older people. I’m always learning new techniques, exercises and breathing techniques, so you should also improve and get better every day.
I had taken swimming, triathlon and rugby, I got a lot of expierence in those sports and in total I have over 17 years in sports.
