I am English Teacher at "Ion Ghica", High School. I like to work with my Students and to improve my teaching methods in order to motivate and facilitate learning. I also like to learn from my Students and other Teachers from the projects. During this project we learn about other cultures, customs, traditions, people and the most important thing how to improve our teaching methods, but in a modern  and attractive way. From my point, it is very important to listen Sudents' "voice", opinion and to build a good relation in which we can learn together.
