I have ADHD — and I’m also the proud mum of five ADHD children and a young grandma of five amazing grandkids! I’ve lived through every stage of ADHD life: growing up with it, parenting through it, and running two successful businesses while managing a busy household.
Every day, I navigate the same internal and external challenges that so many ADHDers face:
Feeling like my achievements are never quite enough
Struggling with consistency and follow-through
Swinging between being super-focused or giving up fast
Carrying deep shame, guilt, or overwhelm
Hobbies and interests that change overnight
A messy phone or computer full of “to-sort-later” files
Complex family dynamics that drain energy
Periods of depression or anxiety
Piles of stuff everywhere
And that never-ending fight with time management
I don’t just teach ADHD strategies — I live them. Everything I share comes from real-life experience, not theory. I’ve learned what actually works, what doesn’t, and how to build a life that fits the ADHD brain — not the other way around.
