My name is Ernie Cho and I am based in Los Angeles, CA. I have been a Commercial Underwriter since 2010 so I have experience in various forms of commercial underwriting such as CRE lending, multifamily lending, SBA lending, and construction lending. I am currently a Credit Manager of a Commercial and SBA lending department and I am in charge of coaching and training a team of Underwriters. So in a nutshell, the very things I go over in this course are the same things I train my team members on when they first join.
