Erik is a management professional with over 20 years of experience leading and working in complex and varied manufacturing and distribution supply chain environments. He has served in a number of senior supply chain and operational leadership positions and provided consulting services within industry verticals including aviation, aerospace/defense, cable, medical device, energy, manufacturing, and distribution.
Erik has consulted for clients such as NASA, ULA, Lockheed Martin, Walmart, Sears, Arrow Electronics, Level 3, Cisco, Charter Communication, Time-Warner, Cochlear, EnCana, WhiteWave Foods, and many more.
Erik's expertise includes developing and leading supply chain and operations process improvements, demand planning, production scheduling, strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations. He has taught classes in supply chain, operations, and leadership to graduate students at The University of Denver and Regis University.
Erik has an MBA with an emphasis in Operations, and a BS in Business Management. He also has been trained and certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, APICS' Certified in Production and Inventory Management, ISM's Certified in Supply Management, and attended MIT's Executive in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management Program.
