Erik began his culinary journey at Oklahoma State University where he finished top of his class with a degree in Hotel / Restaurant Administration. He continued his education at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley. His ultimate goal was to work at The French Laundry, and did so for over 4 years. After The French Laundry, Erik pursued a Masters in Business from Sonoma State University and began a start up in Healdsburg, California in which his company, Soul Fixx, produces CBD beverages and kombucha.
