Professional Food Scientist
Emily Vogelhuber is the founder of Positive Food Science, an organization that fights toxic diet culture and wellness scams by providing a science-based look at what's really in your food. She holds a Bachelors degree in chemistry and has worked for over half a decade as a research and development chemist for major food companies. Her other areas of expertise include physics and environmental and geochemistry with an emphasis on climate science and biofuel development. When she isn't in the lab making products you love, she is posting on Instagram (@posifoodsci) leading community science education seminars at her local science museum and conducting education programs for young women and minority students with a passion for science.
