I’ve been exploring yoga and meditation, in various forms, for quite some time. It’s always fresh and new! And there's also been an incremental opening to deeper and deeper levels of insight, via a series of glimpses into unconditional peace, joy and freedom. Now, there’s a thread of happiness and contentment that’s available more-or-less 24/7. And my teachers have encouraged me to begin to share this insight, in service to those who value powerful tools to touch more deeply the peace and joy that is our shared birthright. This course is such an offering, and my wish is that it be of great benefit to many.
