I'm a licensed psychologist who has over 25 years of experience working with adults with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and grief/loss. I'm also a certified grief counselor. My approach is primarily cognitive/behavioral and I am collaborative with the individuals I work with. I believe in giving a person the tools and strategies they need to be able to make better choices for themselves. I'm a author and a speaker and have presented at local universities and community agencies on stress management, work-life balance, caregiver stress, grief/loss and co-dependency. I'm currently the chair of the non-profit local chapter of National Aging In Pace Council and provide Bereavement Support at the local YMCA.
