Hatim Mansour is Professional instructor (Arabic & English) and an Expert in Pest Management & Agriculture with extensive experience in developping and instructing of Professional Pest managment and environmental Training & Certification . With a Master’s degree in Pest Management and Entomology from the University of Khartoum,Sudan and he has spent over 34 years specializing in Pest control, environmental health, and agricultural consultancy.

Hatim has develpped and designed 20 Professional Training Pest control  courses . In 2017 he was founder and manager of Ecopest Environmental Consultancy LLC (Ecopest Global Training ) in Abu Dhabi,UAE which considered as the center of Pest control Certification (outsourcing of ADQCC- AbuDhabi)  Eocpest conducted Certfication Tests of more than 6000 candidates in AbuDhabi,UAE .Hatim trainined and qualified more than 450 Pest control supervisors ( English, Arabic). His training programs are recognized for their comprehensive content  in GCC and UAE that covering Pest biology ,Pesticides ,Control techniques to Safety protocols etc .

Mansour also is the founder of Dubai Ecotest Pest control certification center with collaborating with EIAC and Prometric and Dubai municipality.

Hatim Mansour in 2020 was founder MEPCA (Middle East Pest control Association) and Also in 2005 was founder of SPCS (Sudanese Pest control Society)
