Earnest Robinson Jr. is a Career & Life Coach who went from living an unbalanced professional and personal life to a more fulfilling, peaceful and healthier lifestyle. After spending over a decade working in Corporate America in management, raising a family and trying to balance all the rigors that life has to offer, Earnest recognized that he was unhappy, unhealthy and unfulfilled in his career and in his personal life. Earnest came to a point where he acknowledged his reality and decided to make a change that would save his life. As a project manager by trade, he knew in order to accomplish any goals for success and better health he needed a plan. After creating his plan, he implemented the steps required to accomplish his goals. To maintain any real changes in his career and life, Earnest knew what he was doing had to become habit forming.
Earnest knows and understands the pain points, stressors and negative emotions for those aged 40 and older when trying to balance work and life. Earnest decided to commit and dedicate himself to himself after being put on several medications, having dangerously high blood pressure, suffering from stress and succumbing to the negative impact it had on his career and life. Through his commitment and dedication to change, Earnest has turned his career, life, and health around and now coaches’ others on how to holistically change their lives with his R.A.P.I.D. Coaching System.
Earnest is a certified career coach who holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Bowie State University. An MBA degree and a Master’s of Science and Technology degree both from the University of Maryland University College. Additionally, Earnest is a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches. Earnest is the author of the book, Make The Job Need You! Today’s Holistic Approach to Success and Longevity.
