I am the founder and owner of Choragus Consulting. I'm a NASA-certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Agile Scrum Master, Certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and holds a Master's Level III certification in gamification.

I received a B.A. degree in Communication from McMurry University and a M.A. degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University.

I provided customized organization development and organizational effectiveness services to organizations and client groups for 15 years. Industry experience includes Federal Government (NASA, The Department of the Interior), Aerospace (ASRI), consumer product distribution (MCA, RCA, WEA, CBS), Healthcare (ARAMARK and ServiceMaster, California Pacific Medical Center), Higher Education (Texas A&M University, McMurry University) broadcast media (KHXS-FM), print journalism (adviser and editor) and non-profit (Relay for Life Huntsville Metro, Huntsville Alive!, Bay Area Organizational Development Network, Institute for Management Consultants).

I was change management lead on a number of initiatives that supported mission support organizations in implementing SAP and third-party software applications. I had responsibilities that included coaching managers on managing risks and organizational conflicts, leading inter-disciplinary teams responsible for aligning mission to objectives and goals.

I was responsible for planning and implementing effective and sustainable change management strategies and plans that improved managerial effectiveness at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. I designed and facilitated meetings and workshops that focused on increasing employee engagement, team building, leadership development, readiness for change, culture change and performance development. I use a strong collaborative approach valuing input while maintaining a focus on results and impact.
