Presently working as Management Faculty in the School of Liberal Arts & Management, DIT University, Dehradun. He has been awarded his doctorate degree (UGC fellow-JRF/SRF) from Goa Business School, Goa University, Goa (India).  He has published well no. of research papers in Scopus/UGC indexed journals. He has a good command of research tools of social sciences such as SPSS, PROCESS macro, SmartPLS, etc.
