Driving success in organizations and the people who lead them is my passion. I'm a creative and quick-witted organizational and leadership psychologist with 20+ years of nonprofit leadership experience who empowers the people who make our world a better place.

With two decades of community leadership under my belt as a nonprofit professional, including 10 years as an executive director of turn-around and start-up nonprofits, I established the Nonprofit Help Center to train the people who power your mission. My team and I created the Merit® Nonprofit Professional Development® Platform, the popular Nonprofit Board Member Basics course, and a host of leadership-focused learning experiences in order to do just that.

I was raised by business owners (who were raised by business owners!) and currently own and manage four family businesses. I've published two books on personal mission statement development, and look forward to supporting each of my learners in their journeys!
