Dorothy is a Law Graduate, a Qualified Foreign Barrister & Solicitor and an Experienced Corporate Governance & Risk Management Professional. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working in governance roles in diverse sectors including Oil & Gas; Finance; Social Housing and latterly in the National Health Service.

Dorothy started her Corporate career in the Legal Department of an Oil & Gas Company and has worked in various senior roles including Commercial; Legal; Compliance and Risk Management.

Dorothy "fell into" risk management about 18 years ago and remains passionate about helping Organisations achieve success by leading on the development and roll-out of risk management education and training for all levels of Staff and the Board of Directors.

In the last 6 years, Dorothy has worked in the Healthcare sector on various interim assignments including as Interim Group Company Secretary; leading on Risk Management and various Programmes and Corporate Governance related projects. She enjoys engaging with Boards and Staff at all levels.

Dorothy is an astute moderniser with a track record of using creative solutions to successfully deliver effective corporate governance solutions.

She is highly reputed for consistently delivering training and services to an outstanding standard and proven that she has the tenacity, passion and enthusiasm to drive success.
