Hi, I’m Diogo Resende, a data scientist, AI educator, course creator, and startup founder.

I believe data, analytics, and AI should feel practical, approachable, and useful, and definitely not intimidating, overly academic, or disconnected from real work. My goal is to help people understand not just how technology works, but how to use it to solve meaningful business problems, build useful projects, and grow their careers.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of data, business, and technology, helping people and companies turn complex problems into practical, data-driven decisions. My background combines hands-on industry experience, business strategy, analytics, machine learning, forecasting, A/B testing, commercial planning, and generative AI.

That mix of technical depth and business context shapes the way I teach. I create learning experiences that are clear, practical, and focused on real outcomes. Over the years, I’ve taught tens of thousands of learners through online courses covering Python, data science, statistics, time series forecasting, RAG, AI agents, and modern AI tools.

I’m also the founder of Bitte, a digitalization startup helping restaurants modernize their operations with digital menus, smarter ordering flows, reservations, and data-driven insights. Building Bitte gives me a front-row seat to the same challenge I teach: how to turn technology into something simple, valuable, and easy to use.

Whether I’m building a course, explaining a concept, or creating a product, my mission is simple: make data, analytics, and AI useful for real people doing real work.
