I'm Dihan (Diane) Zhang. Over 17 years at GE and PwC, I've helped people take up new ways of working at scale. I recently completed a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California, researching why some learning technologies stick while others stall. What I've learned, and AI is no different, is that people are rarely careless. They're busy, and the way the work is set up decides a lot. So I teach practical habits you can use on a busy day, not just rules to memorise. I now run an independent practice in AI adoption and capability building in Melbourne, and I learn most from the questions learners ask me.
