It took years for him to reach Management Positions and forced him to learn Various Skills, Management & Techniques, under the task of re-structuring an organization and he became an expert in it. Opportunities came his way for establishing brand for Start-ups in the city.
After +10 years of involvement in self owned company, he decided to expand SEAWAVES in Training and Placement services, which was incorporated in 2012 with an aim to help resources entering Freight Forwarding and Logistics. Around +1000 student have benefited with a unique teaching method adopted by his office. He started spending more time towards contributing values to the young and dynamic resources, who will be the force driving the industry with greater skills.
Learning materials for every topic in International Freight Forwarding has been developed by him, with more than one technique. This brings a great relief and good involvement from every learner. Positive feedback from participants is the driving factors to introduce more new learning techniques to teaching process. Now the TEAM is capable to run session lasting 200 hours in a stretch.
