About me
I work with organisations that want to grow by attracting, delighting and retaining more customers.
During my career of over three decades, I have worked in more than 125 countries, so I know what makes customers happy and businesses grow. My last position before starting my own consultancy (C3Centricity) was Global Head of Consumer Excellence at Nestle.

I help organisations adopt a customer-first strategy so they can attract, delight and retain more customers and grow profitably.
