High-Tech Project Management Professional
Dennis Busch, a graduate Aeronautical Engineer, has been a project management professional for over 40 years, supporting a variety of high-tech industries. During this time, he has worked in the development and implementation of project management training; project planning and program control system evaluation, design, implementation, and audit; and software tool evaluation, implementation, and training.
In 1990, he founded Project Management Technologies (PMT), a company whose charter is the implementation and training of proven model-based planning and program control methodologies. Based on demonstrable practical application, Mr. Busch has developed revolutionary new methodology in project planning and resource management. This was documented in the book, “The New Critical Path Method - The state of the art in project modeling and time reserve management” published in 1990.
These principles have been updated and are the basis for PMT's extensive suite of courses. Not only is Mr. Busch an innovator and leader in project planning and program control methodologies, but also in the technologies of training delivery, pioneering narration-based animation as a self-study training tool.
