Deepa Ramalingam is a Senior Bharathanatyam Teacher at Nrithya Sangeetha Academy (NSA) , United Kingdom. Deepa has been trained in Bharathanatyam  from a very young age of 5 on various Bhanis/stlyes mainly on Thanjavur style of south India. She began teaching dance as a teenager and since then she has been teaching for all ages and abilities. At NSA, She has been training Adults as well as children for dance exams, various Dance festivals at UK, Indian Embassy performances, Dance competitions, Temple performances across UK and abroad. She is well known for her love and passion for the art. Her choreography has won accolades on various Bharathanatyam competitions.

Deepa is a Dance Examiner for Diploma and Grade exams. She has been a Chief Guest for an Bharathnatyam Arangetram. She has performed on the Chidhambaram Natyanjali Festival 2020 representing NSA UK along with Rathika Rajaloganathan( Founder, NSA) and their students.
