About me
I am a multidisciplinary product designer and educator with a background that spans UX design, learning technology, behavioural science, and digital product development. Over the past decade, I’ve helped creators, subject-matter experts, startups, and organisations translate their knowledge into structured digital products, interactive learning experiences, and technology-enabled systems.
My early work focused on building digital learning platforms and audio-based education tools for brands and institutions. This eventually grew into designing app prototypes, custom LMS environments, and frameworks used by educators and solopreneurs to deliver transformational learning at scale.
My training in psychology and behavioural sciences – including cognitive behavioural approaches, family systems thinking, and neuro-related disciplines – gives me a practical understanding of how people learn, make decisions, and apply new skills. I use these insights to design clearer instructional systems, better product experiences, and more effective teaching tools.
In 2014, I founded Audacity2Lead, a digital learning and product studio that supported creators and education-focused businesses in building online platforms and structured learning systems. By 2021, my work expanded into emerging technologies such as VR, behavioural tech, and emotion-aware systems through DSRM Innovations – a research-driven initiative exploring how technology can improve human performance, wellbeing, and learning outcomes.
Today, my focus is on helping learners and professionals build practical, real-world skills in product design, digital learning, communication, behavioural change and creativity. My courses combine design thinking, user experience principles, and clear teaching frameworks to help you build products and ideas that work in the real world.
My mission is simple: make it easier for people to learn, create, and build meaningful solutions using technology and human-centred design.
