Hi,

I'm Dave Keenan. My journey with agile began roughly 12 years ago, just a few years after its inception. From the moment I dipped my toes into it, I found myself enthralled by its potential to revolutionize the way we collaborate.

What struck me was its logic, simplicity, and, dare I say, its emphasis on people over processes, rather than viewing individuals as mere cogs in a machine.

Over the years, I've donned various hats - from a project manager and a Scrum Master to a product owner, and now, a leading agile coach. I've had the privilege of bringing agile practices to some of the largest companies, including Amazon and Accenture, while continually refining my understanding of agile methodologies.

My passion lies in championing human-centered approaches that foster better, more collaborative work environments. Through my experiences and insights, I aim to help teams unlock their full potential in the agile world.
