I’m Dave Keenan. My agile journey kicked off about 12 years ago, a bit after it first hit the scene. Right from the start, I was hooked by how it promised to change our work ways for the better.

What really got to me was its clear logic, its no-nonsense simplicity, and its bold idea of putting people first — a refreshing change from the old view of workers as just parts of a machine.

Over time, I’ve played several roles: project manager, Scrum Master, product owner, and now, an agile coach leading the charge. I’ve introduced agile practices to giants like Amazon and Accenture, all while sharpening my grasp on what agile really means.

My drive is all about promoting approaches that center on humans, creating work environments that are not just more collaborative but fundamentally better. With the lessons I’ve learned and the insights I’ve gained, I’m here to guide teams to discover their highest capabilities in the agile domain.
