Hi! My name is Juan David, and I'm a food enthusiast. I'm from Bogotá, Colombia, and I have always been delighted by the cultural diversity this country has to offer.

I grew up in a Colombian household surrounded by amazing chefs like my grandmother, my aunts, and my mother. They took Colombian cuisine to a whole new level, which got me interested in learning how to cook by myself. That's why I asked my mother to teach me because she has been cooking for 30 years since she was a teenager.

Those years have allowed her to master the technique, steps, and ingredients necessary to cook the best typical dishes from different regions of Colombia. We're here to share all that knowledge with you.
