I begin by focusing on effectively positioning a business from a customer-focused perspective (this is where all good marketing must begin), and then build on that foundation by designing high value content and wider marketing collateral, including websites, printed materials and signage, as required.

I also coach my clients to be more effective digital networkers so they can maximise the impact of their marketing by nurturing more business relationships.
