As an experienced GIS specialist and instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge in GIS system management and in sharing expertise on Esri tools with other users. Over the years, working at Orange and Esri, I have honed advanced skills in administering the ArcGIS Enterprise portal, automating processes using arcpy and geopandas, and configuring sophisticated applications in ArcGIS Experience Builder. My experience spans various aspects of GIS technology, including spatial data management and developing applications that support business and administrative operations.

In my role as a GIS Training Specialist at Esri, I had the pleasure of conducting training sessions for diverse groups of users, from beginners to advanced professionals, helping them unlock the potential of ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and other tools within the Esri ecosystem. I focused on designing and customizing training programs to meet the specific needs of participants, introducing both fundamental and advanced techniques in spatial analysis and data visualization. As a result, my trainees quickly gained the skills necessary to independently create and publish advanced GIS solutions.

Sharing knowledge is my passion whether through traditional training sessions or creating online educational materials. This allows me to extend my GIS expertise to a wider community. I am currently developing comprehensive courses on ArcGIS Experience Builder for both beginner and advanced users, guiding participants step-by-step through the process of building applications, from the basics to advanced configurations.

In addition to my instructional career, I have expanded my technical skillset by leading the startup FishFounder, which utilized satellite imagery analysis and remote sensing to help fishermen detect fish shoals. This project provided me with unique experience in building decision support systems based on spatial data.

My teaching approach emphasizes the practical application of GIS tools, enabling users to quickly translate their knowledge into real-world solutions. Whether you are starting from scratch or exploring advanced features, my goal is to ensure that by the end of my training sessions, every participant can independently configure complex applications and continue developing their skills as an ArcGIS developer.
