Hi there!  My name is Dana DeMeo and I thoroughly enjoy teaching, mentoring and presenting.  I believe in paying things forward and find great satisfaction hosting in-person and on-line courses.   

I enjoy studying and experimenting with Web 3.0 applications, including blockchain, cryptocurrency mining and smart contracts.  I am an investor and participant in various blockchain projects.

Professionally, I have over 28 years of experience in engineering design, program management and general management. I graduated from NYU Polytechnic with a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, and hold a Professional Engineering license in New York.

I specialize in the design and manufacture of electromechanical products sold to the life safety, industrial, consumer and advanced transportation markets. This includes rugged mechanical and electrical products in harsh environments, such as firefighter equipment, vehicular systems, advanced mobile computing and portable data capture devices.

I've been honored to hold positions such as Design Engineer, Chief Engineer, Chief Technical Officer, Global Director of Engineering and Senior Leader of R&D, across both start-up and Fortune-100 companies.
