Tony Ruesing makes information easy to understand and integrate into your daily work activities. Companies call on him to provide his unique perspective when they want to raise the bar on communication, service, or bring out the best in their teams. When he was invited to work with Godiva Chocolate it was to prepare them for a busy holiday season.  At McDonald’s it was to reinforce the first impression team members were making to their customers.  Boeing ask him to help them sharpen their training programs so they would better illustrate the commitment they were making to their workers.  Time after time, Tony is called on to help people  recognize their individuality is making a difference in the products and services they provide customers, which ultimately adds to their bottom line.
