A business trainer and consultant for 26 years, Dale Perryman has consulted and trained for some of the largest corporations in the world.
At age 20, Dale started teaching college classes. After completing a Master’s degree from Oklahoma State University and then teaching Introduction to Speech Communication for 2 years at OSU, he moved to the Dallas area and worked as a full-time trainer for LTV Missiles and Electronics Group and ARCO Oil and Gas Company. At ARCO, he conducted 183 days of training in fourteen cities, eight states, and one foreign country in a single year. In early 1994, possibly a bit tired, Dale founded the Center for Organizational Learning.
Over the years Dale has spoken to many diverse audiences, from bikers...to pastors…to prison inmates…to leadership camps…to corporate executives.
Dale has worked with numerous Johnson & Johnson companies including Ethicon, Advanced Sterilization Products, Neutrogena, and Johnson & Johnson Medical. He has worked with financial service firms including Thomson Reuters & Comerica Bank.
Dale is also actively involved as an adjunct faculty for the SMU Guildhall School of Video Game Production where he teaches project management.
Dale specializes in training, facilitation, new product development, executive coaching, and merger integration. He specializes in topics including Behavioral Interviewing, Influencing Without Authority, Facilitation Skills, Leading Change, Effective Meetings, and the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
His latest project involves creating an app to help managers plan, facilitate, summarize and disseminate meeting agreements more effectively and efficiently. The app is called MyMeetingPro and can be found in iTunes.
