Christine Kortze specializes in helping students find their bliss through yoga, body movement, and body awareness. She has helped her students find & repair what it is that fills their heart with joy, whether it be better health, better relationships, weight loss or just space to be. Christine has 25 years of Yogic study with 15 years of mind/body study including, Meditation, Movement, addiction, nutrition, and degrees in Psychology. Christine's passion and certifications are in Yoga and nutrition. She continues to develop and refine programs for Body Awareness bringing the latest challenges to the forefront to confront what society endures on a daily basis, making healthiness accessible to all.
