About me
An experienced executive coach with over 25 years of project delivery experience. I guide executives, portfolio, program, and project leaders and teams in building their portfolio capability and leading sustainable organizational transformations.
I am a business transformation expert who has worked with some of the world's leading brands to improve their performance. I've helped organizations across industries such as GM, Burger King and TD Bank succeed in our changing market conditions by ensuring everyone from boardroom CEO’s middle management down is on board or at least aware of what needs doing.
I have a unique blend of skills that I bring to the table. Evaluating individuals and organizations for their effectiveness, understanding many different modes of coaching and how each individual operates differently in terms of style and philosophy sets me apart from other coaches, even though my title might not suggest so at first glance!
In my professional journey, I transitioned from a career in IT to project and program management to becoming a seasoned coach and trainer. My experience is richly imbued with innovative teaching methodologies that I've harnessed over the years. I firmly believe in creating engaging learning environments, tailoring each journey to match the participant's unique learning style.
My approach to coaching and training is far from one-size-fits-all. Instead, I curate a bespoke journey for each individual, respecting their unique needs and learning preferences. This personalized approach not only makes the learning experience more dynamic but also fuels the participant's potential to succeed.
